Welcome to the Leopard’s Pride Game Lodge website. These Terms of Service govern your use of this Website and any enquiries or bookings made via our WhatsApp booking button. By using this Website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1) Booking Method (WhatsApp Enquiry)

Bookings are handled via our WhatsApp booking button. When you message us, you are submitting an enquiry/request to book. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (typically via WhatsApp or email). 

2) Exclusive Whole-Lodge Bookings

All bookings are for exclusive use of the entire lodge for your group. We do not rent out individual rooms. 

3) Eligibility & Accurate Information

By contacting us or booking, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into an agreement and make payments.

  • The information you provide (dates, guest count, contact details) is accurate.

  • You will ensure all members of your group comply with lodge rules and these Terms.

4) Booking Confirmation & Payments

  • Availability is confirmed based on your requested dates and guest details.

  • We will send you the booking details, pricing, and payment instructions.

  • Your booking is confirmed only once:

    1. we confirm availability in writing, and

    2. payment (or required deposit) has been received (if applicable), and

    3. you receive confirmation from us.

Payment methods and timelines will be communicated during your WhatsApp booking conversation.

5) Changes to Bookings (Date Changes)

If you need to change your dates, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. Date changes are subject to availability and may require an updated quote/rate.

6) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy on this Website. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted that policy.

7) Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed during the booking process. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

8) Guest Conduct & Respect for the Property

Guests must:

  • Treat the lodge, staff, and surrounding environment with respect.

  • Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect neighbours and wildlife.

  • Follow any safety instructions given by the lodge team.

We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay without refund in the event of serious misconduct, illegal behaviour, or safety risks.

9) Damages, Breakages & Extra Cleaning

You are responsible for any damages, breakages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required due to your group’s actions. We may charge a reasonable fee to repair/replace items or cover additional cleaning.

10) Nature, Weather & Wildlife

Leopard’s Pride is a bushveld lodge experience. Guests acknowledge that:

  • Outdoor conditions may include weather changes, insects, animals, and uneven ground.

  • Wildlife sightings and natural experiences are not guaranteed.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising children at all times.

11) Personal Belongings & Vehicles

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles. Please keep valuables secure.

12) Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Website or attempt unauthorised access,

  • interfere with Website security or functionality,

  • use the Website for unlawful purposes.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Leopard’s Pride Game Lodge or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

14) Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy on this Website.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website or your stay.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking (where applicable), except where the law does not allow such limitation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
